“Francois is a data recovery god. After having 4 glasses of water spilled directly onto my MacBook Air and drenching the hard drive itself, and after being told by Apple that it would be almost impossible to recover the data and that it would cost nearly a thousand dollars just to try, Francois came to the rescue. This was personal computer repair at its finest. He came by my house, picked up the laptop, worked through the night and the next several days, keeping me updated every few hours. He dropped everything off at my place and spent an hour going through it with me at my house so I could confirm that everything had been captured. He managed to recover everything at less than half the price Apple quoted. I'm sure he's just about the best guy in the Bay Area for hard drive repair and laptop repair work. I couldn't recommend him more highly.”

“I seldom write reviews but this company was really great. Had 3 well known companies come out and discuss full house vs room options for my two story home. Chris from Bayside was the most knowledgable and discussed considerations that the others never mentioned. He was not the low bidder but worked with me to get a full-house system that I could afford. Bayside was right on time for all appointments. His crew was clean, fast, and the job looked great. I've been using the system for about a month and it is better than expected. I'm glad that I did not go for the low bid because it was cheaper. Getting it done right the first time is worth a lot to me.”
