  I can't thank this organization enough for their kindness, dedication and love. Lena is remarkable and always made herself available to my family no matter the day or time. She helped us navigate during a very challenging time, providing us with her insight, experience and loving kindness. She was so closely involved with coordination around discharge from the hospital and was flexible with our family and with changes (that naturally come up in this process). Her demeanor and kindness even transcend on the phone as she listens and provides calmness and clarity. We are so grateful and would whole heartedly recommend this organization. Thank you for all that you do.

  To start with, we posted smth on FB because my dad was in a critical condition and I could not find a right place to help him through this. All hospices that were recommended by hospital, were not ready to accommodate to my dad's essential needs of supplies and equipments. Lena Asadov called us and listed to our very unique story. From the very first minute, it was obvious that it was not about business only, it was about helping people, finding a solution, working with a patient, listening to the needs of a patient and his loved ones caring for him. Everything they have done for us was above any expectations. Lena and Natasha guided us from the very beginning until the end with support and care. The way Natasha treated our dad was outstanding. All our phone calls were answered, all our requests were accommodated, all our fears were very clearly discussed. I wish more people know about this place and will definitely advise it to other people. I am very glad people like Lena and Natasha were next to us and our dad all this time and pray for them and their big kind hearts!

  On behave of our family we would like to thank the Angel Palliative Care and Hospice team, the care they provided for our mom was so valuable at such a difficult time for our family. This is a challenging time for us but having this team support us through this emotional rollercoaster is priceless. We would definitely recommend this hospice team for you and your loved ones. They made sure mom was not suffering during her last days, they were extremely responsive and helpful at all hours of the day, even when mom passed away late at night, the nurse was there within 30min to help with making all the arrangements.  We are forever grateful to this amazing team!

  My family was referred to Angel Care Hospice for my mom who was suffering with congestive heart failure a couple of months ago. I worked primarily with Lena, who was kind, compassionate and understood my concerns. I set up a meeting with her and the head nurse to discuss our needs. Within a day or so, she had identified a nurse who would be assigned and visit mom weekly and provide assessments/recommendations. Almost immediately Angel Care determined what we needed to provide mom with and the support she required. Every time I contacted Lena and expressed my concerns , she acted upon my request, from delivered meds to oxygen or a hospital bed. Almost ten days ago, mom passed and the caregivers contacted Angel Hospice at 2:00am. They were wonderful and came directly out to the house. In addition, they made all arrangements for her transport to a local
  Mortuary. I can’t thank them enough, Lena, Ivy and Laura for their assistance and care during this most challenging time. I would highly recommend this organization should you need this type of care.

  Thank you for taking such good care of my dying father. My family appreciates your philosophy to try to grant a patient's wishes even in the situation when it is irrational or inconvenient. My father didn't want a hospital bed at first, he wanted his own bed. You respected that, even though you knew it couldn't work. When a week later my father changed his mind and asked for a hospital bed, you delivered it within a couple of hours, and Lena came over to help. Lena, Lora, and Natasha are very kind and understanding people. They are truly generous with their time, and provide top quality care.
