  Universal Movers moved me on May 18th and the two young men who came did a fabulous job they were polite efficient and fast and moved me within the time that I was estimated for the only thing I was not happy with is I was supposed to receive a call telling me what time they would come either the night before or in the morning and they did not... the laughable thing is they showed up while I was still in my pajamas and arriving at 7:50 in the morning which was a good thing I had requested 8 a.m. but was told it would be between 8 and 10 and I would receive a call. But the time really was perfect due to traffic going up to the Santa Rosa area. They were very polite courteous and respectfult only thing I wish that Universal Movers had an automatic lift instead of the steep ramp that they had to go up and lift heavy furniture into the truck that was an arduous task for these two young men. I have a lot of respect for them and their hard work that they do I would definitely recommend Universal Movers their trucks are clean their movers efficient and I was very happy with my service and I will definitely use them again try them you'll be very happy you did

  I have used this company multiple times for my business to deliver very expensive and fragile window treatments to our high-end clients. They never disappointed- always on time, polite, hardworking, super careful and accommodating. Last week I was moving myself and used them for that as well. First of all, their quote was very similar to another company that does one thing only- moves people's belongings. I just did not know that Universal movers do this type of work as well so I didn't ask them for a price right away. I thought their price would be a lot higher as to my knowledge they work for interior designers a lot. I was so happy I hired them! I did not expect this level of service for this very reasonable price. They were unbelievably fast, careful with everything including simple items, wrapped everything in blankets and plastic wrap, never complained even as we were packing last boxes right before they hauled them to the truck. When we got to our garage, I was 100% sure most of garage stuff would not fit into the truck. They loaded garage shelves with boxes and put them into the truck loaded to save space. It was a miracle.
  We were done by 4.30 pm! Considering how much stuff we had, I thought we will be dealing with it well into the night.
  The most amazing thing hapenned at the end- they gave me an invoice LOWER than their initial estimate. Seriously, this is unheard of. Usually it is the other way around.
  I hope I will not have to move any time soon, but if I do, they will be the guys to move me. Thank you!!!

  I run operations at an independent school in San Francisco, and I asked this company to do two moves for us in August 2017. They did an amazing job -- fast, efficient, professional, and very friendly. The guys are great!! I also appreciate the fact that their pricing is reasonable for a mover that is fully insured. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a dependable moving company at the right price.
