Kenny realty was the property management company for the house we rented for two years. Never had any issues about response time, once notified about a repair that needed to be done- they sent someone out in an acceptable amount of time. Clear, kind, and reliable. Would work with them again.

My company works with Kenny to provide appliance and HVAC maintenance. They have been great to deal with and time and time again show that they really care about their tenants especially when I compare them to other property management clients of ours. Their entire staff is very friendly but Nick, whom we mostly deal with, is always on top of his game and is a pleasure to deal with.

Their follow up upon looking for a potential home was patient yet prompt when needing requests. Could not have made a better decision, they have assembled quite a team!

Caryn and Mike and their staff are fantastic. They have been managing our families rental properties for years. They are professional, friendly and very accomodating.
