South City Smile

I'm really pleased with the service I have received so far from south city smile. Dr. Ho leads his entire team with professionalism and care, has great chairside manner, and is an excellent technical dentist (from what I can tell).

Dentistry is rarely fun - often uncomfortable and expense, and the entire team at South City Smile does their best to make it as good an experience as possible. It's easy to call and get through, with the front desk/admin support being easy to work with and having great answers and followup. They seem to run on time, and the office is nicely appointed. Parking is easy at Westborough. I'm happy to be a patient here.

Dr. Ho is very detailed. He is very knowledgeable and honest in his opinions for procedures. He goes above and beyond for his patients and I am grateful that I have found him as my primary dentist. His staffs deserve all the excellent review.

In the past, I have not had the greatest dental experiences, but that has started to change since switching to South City Smile. I am so glad that I found Dr. Ho. Dr. Ho's office is modern with hi-tech dental equipment. Dr. Ho is excellent professional. He patiently explains to me what he is doing works on my teeth. He answered my questions with patience and thorough explanation. The staff are friendly and helpful.
