The service advisor reached out within 90 minutes of me dropping off my car with an initial evaluation and was able to get me good advise on how to proceed with said repair. Kept up to date the entire way plus was completely reachable via email which was ideal for me when I was at work. Car repair done with urgency plus got offered a Uber since their shuttle service had not started when I dropped off and had ended when I was off work to go pick up my car.”
