“Park Place Dental is great. I had put off going to the dentist for some time, and needed to have extensive work done (including extracting all four wisdom teeth). The doctors and staff were super helpful and responsive every step of the way, and really go out of their way to do great work. The receptionists in particular were exceedingly helpful in coordinating schedules and providing clear costs based on my dental coverage. They even ran a few scenarios for me to see if my coverage was adequate, or if I could put some work off for the benefit refresh at the new year. “The staff at Shoreview are incredible. They are very detail oriented and make you feel welcome from the minute you walk through the door. They take excellent care of their patients and actually make you feel listened to. It starts up front with Yan and the other front desk associates who always have a smile on their faces and are always on top of making sure the appointment-handling and billing is taken care of. They also have gone above and beyond to make sure my Insurance provider is covering everything they should. The dental staff is impressive as well. Very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in how they execute their responsibilities. I had a long hiatus between dental visits (almost 10 years!) due to bad experiences at my previous dentists office. Shoreview has completely changed my opinion of going to the dentist, and it’s quite refreshing to feel like your dentist actually cares about you. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!”

“I played a bit of hotel roulette when I booked this trip, and I was NOT disappointed. The rooms at this hotel are very clean and up to date. The surrounding area is VERY quiet except for the train, but you can barely hear it inside. The caltrain station is a short walk from the hotel. There is a small parking lot out front, parking along the back and some underground parking as well. My pet sitter canceled on me so I had to walk my dog a few times a day and had no issues walking her around at night, and the hotel even has a small dog spot on the property with little baggies and everything. One of the best residence inn breakfasts I've seen: scrambled & boiled eggs, meats, yogurt, fresh chopped fruit, toppings, oats, cereals, assorted breads, waffles, coffee, and juices.”

“I think I was too harsh on my initial review of Ravenswood Family Health Center. It is true that I was very disappointed with my first/initial few visits. However, when you are ill you have to seek medical treatment, You Must Be Your Own Advocate. Since that bumpy start, I am now able to see all of the great things Ravenswood provide. They have many programs that help people. My care has been Excellent. Everyone is greeted at the door. Assistance is there if you need to be assisted. Customer Service is Great. There isn't a long wait for me to see the Doctor. I feel like I get a through exam. The Doctor is not dismissive and my concerns are addressed with compassion. And, I enjoy and feel comfortable talking with both my new Doctor and Nurse. With my Doctors help, I am working to get past illness. In the meantime, Thank you Ravenswood for helping me and the care you provide.”
