“I think I was too harsh on my initial review of Ravenswood Family Health Center. It is true that I was very disappointed with my first/initial few visits. However, when you are ill you have to seek medical treatment, You Must Be Your Own Advocate. Since that bumpy start, I am now able to see all of the great things Ravenswood provide. They have many programs that help people. My care has been Excellent. Everyone is greeted at the door. Assistance is there if you need to be assisted. Customer Service is Great. There isn't a long wait for me to see the Doctor. I feel like I get a through exam. The Doctor is not dismissive and my concerns are addressed with compassion. And, I enjoy and feel comfortable talking with both my new Doctor and Nurse. With my Doctors help, I am working to get past illness. In the meantime, Thank you Ravenswood for helping me and the care you provide.”
