“We have really great experience with British Swimming School! We were at the Potrero Hill location first, due to our schedule, we decided to change to Burlingame location. Both of locations have really great instructors! I thought it’s better to have same instructors every time (they have different instructors for every class), but they do rotate 3 instructors so once she gets to know every instructors, she was so comfortable. It’s like she has 3 instructors to depend on. She started going to this school right after she turned 4. At the beginning, she hated to come back to swimming class because she was afraid of getting wet on her face. Amazingly, one of her teachers at Potrero Hill let her fear go away but instead provide her joy of being in water. After that, she is willing to go back to the swimming class every weekend. The burlingame location is amazing. Its locates at Embassy Hotel so it looks like castle outside for her. All instructors are so carrying and making her happy including administrators. After 1 month of going to the class, she was like “I love to be in water, I love coming back here, I love teachers!”. She gain the confidence. I can’t wait to see her growth in the swimming class going forward.”
