He is very knowledge on all of the different types of flooring they offer and was sure to guide me toward the flooring options that would work best for me. I was remodeling my home in San Carlos. I ended up purchasing 2,000 sqft of European Oak and it looks beautiful in my home! Their installation manager, Rolando I believe, did the job in only a couple days as I was in a time crunch. “Outstanding service with a smile! 10/10 recommend. When I pulled into the shop, my car had several warning lights that I had no idea how to interpret. I found Kevin working on another car, and as soon as he saw me, dropped everything he was doing and came to figure out what was wrong. Right then and there, he outlined what kind of repairs to expect and what the causes could have been. He patiently answered each of my questions with a thorough explanation, demonstrating his in-depth experience. I left my car there for nearly a week, during which the shop ensured my car's safety since it was particularly easy to steal parts from. During this time, Kevin answered his phone several times after hours to discuss procedures for the car. Upon my approval, Kevin and his team started work right away and kept working until 10 PM on Friday. The following day when I came for my car, not only was it working like new but Kevin installed an extra feature out of the kindness of his heart. He and his team fixed the electronics allowing me to no longer use my keys to unlock - BIG WIN! Kevin and his associates work extremely hard at a fair price and ensure their clients are aware of all aspects of the project before being billed. Great experience from start to finish - I found my new mechanic and am happy to know I have a safe place I can bring my car to for future troubles.”
