“I started coming to Jimmy after another Mercedes repair shop in Redwood City closed. I really trusted that guy in RWC and was looking for another person I could trust. So far Jimmy is that guy. He will tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait. The quotes are less than the stealership but if you insist on OE/OEM parts like me, you’ll pay a little more. The only thing I can complain about is Jimmy’s handwriting. His writing is illegible like a doctor’s prescription and maybe the shop should provide printed service invoices in the future.”
