I am traveling across country in my Fusion Hybrid. Logged 3800 miles from home and needed an oil change. I tried over a dozen dealers and even had Ford customer care search and everyone had some story why they couldnt get it done. Some even tried to schedule me for 2weeks out! While I couldn't blame them I felt uncomfortable about being bothered. They weren't being rude. I was feeling sensitive. The wearing of a mask may have contributed. I'm usually away from people and shopping less. I'm not currently working.”
