“I was very impressed and pleases with the service I received having my leaking my water heater replaced today. It is Saturday and I was not sure I would be able to reach anyone. I called Bayshore Plumbers and Joe the technician arrived with in 40 minutes! He assessed the heater, and I agreed it needed to be replaced. He knew the supplier closed at noon. He was off and picked up exactly the model needed. While he was gone Joe had set up the old tank to drain and when he returned the tank was ready for removal. Before I knew it the old heater was removed, the new heater installed, and the area cleaned! I recommend Bayshore Plumbers as their technicians are courteous, well trained, and respectful.”

“My story begins when I went to get X-rays and a cleaning at another office (not Dr Russo) . I was advised that I need my fillings replaced and have the three remaining wisdom teeth pulled. This procedure was quoted at $1,900 dollars with insurance and was told I needed a bone graph for protection. I declined and sent my X-rays to Dr Russo's office and was quoted for $475 which included Nitros. All of the staff members were very friendly and made the entire procedure much easier on me. Might have been the Nitros, but who knows. Dr Russo is a true legend of a dentist and was able to extract my wisdom teeth with no problem. I am scheduled to go in to remove my stitches next week and will be doing my fillings at this office as well.”

Excellent teachers, some who have shared in the growth of a NEW school and its community, since its construction and Grand Reopening in 1998! Originally built in 1950's as Beresford Park elementary, it was decomissioned in 1980's due to declining district-wide enrollment, when half of school site property was sold for $1 to provide land for senior housing complex, across Hacienda from St. Gregory's Church. The remaining old buildings served as the district offices for several years before a resurgence of the neighborhood children population forced the district to provide permanent facilities instead of portables. My children have attended this school since 1998 and have all benefitted from the close caring education professionals.”

“Joe is so booked up I almost hate to tell people about him, but he is Good! He loves to fix auto seats so they're better than new. His is a one-person shop. (Joe bought the business from Bill, thus the shop's name.) It's hard, physical work but he paces himself. My sense is that he's been fixing seats for a long time. He's obviously experienced and very knowledgeable. He does return phone calls. He's soft spoken, layed back, and quits early. Part of me thinks he knows his physical limitations, and part of me thinks he has a good work/life balance.”
