“I have been seeing Dr Lau since 2005. Even now that I live in Montreal every time that I go to the bay area I make sure I make an appointment with him. His staff is corteous and friendly ,his office is spotless. Dr Lau sees you right on time. He tells you during the process what he is doing so you are aware at all times, he asks often if you are ok in case you need a break. At the end he asks you if you have any questions. Dr Lau is very professional, attentive and cordial. I recommend anyone looking for a family dentist to visit Dr Lau. you will be glad you make him your dentist.”

“I was buying some windsurfing gear. The experience was very pleasant. The owner was tremendously helpful. He took his time with me, explained how to rig the sail properly, made suggestions on the products without being pushy, helped to actually rig the sail on my old mast which I brought with me. Then did the same with the new mast. During all of this I didn't not feel rushed or talked down to (like a novice might feel in some other shops). The shop itself had a lot of choices to choose from in terms of used sails, masts, booms, etc. This is in my opinion the number one choice for shopping for windsurfing gear on the Peninsula.”

“Great doctors that will take care of your kids. However, the front office/reception needs work. For example, the front office won't answer the phone even when the stated office hours are 8:30am. They are slow to return your calls (if at all) and they often call you at the wrong number if you have multiple and won't call all your numbers. This is laziness on the front office staff. The doctors, however, are the best that I've worked with. They are caring and knowledgeable. Overall very good. They just need to fire the front desk.”

They worked wonders with her during the sessions to build up her agility and muscle mass, and recommended homework for us to try at home. After weekly visits for 5 weeks, she had gained a considerable amount of muscle mass back on her leg and after a total of 10 visits, she was pretty much cured.
