“Returning to the states after eight years of working and living abroad in Switzerland, my expectations for the quality of a living space were a bit high and I was unsure as to what I could find in California. I was pleasantly surprised with the apartment and property. The apartment was very clean and had beautiful brand new stainless steel appliances. It also had new flooring and carpet, plus it was freshly painted in what appears to be done professionally. We were given a all the information we needed about the area and property. The property itself is perfectly located next to US101, and Cal Train is a 20 minutes walk. The property is also beautifully surrounded by nature, parks, excellent trails for running or just having a stroll. It’s also very near a golf course. Tamara was super helpful all the way and made the transition very comfortable for me. Jessica was at the location when I arrive and made me feel welcome and took care of all the little details.
