Honestly, within 2 minutes, Becky greeted me with a hello and a smile. I briefly described what I was interested in purchasing, not only did Becky listen to my long winded list of wants vs needs, she remained patient and attentive with me….that’s a 10 in my book! “Ocean Yoga has been my sanctuary, my refuge since it opened years ago. It has seen me through two pregnancies, recovery and countless insane travel schedules where my body, mind and soul have been put through the ringer. I always love coming home to Ocean Yoga. And now, it is back to in person classes and better than ever. The instructors are always top notch, offering a ton of variations so everyone at every level can feel welcomed and challenged. The space is so tranquil, and truly a refuge from the insanity of daily life. I am so excited for the new kids class offerings where kiddos can learn the power of yoga while parents can also take a class in the room next door. So many class offerings, you can find a class to fit almost any schedule and they will be adding more in the near future. Parking is easy and scheduling online or on the app is a breeze. Becoming a member is the best investment you can make in yourself and it pushes you to go consistently. I am excited as well to resume getting regular massages there as well. All their therapists are gifted in bodywork and you cannot go wrong scheduling with any of them.”

“My son attended Irene's Family Child Care from 7 months to 2 years and we've had a wonderful experience. Irene and her teachers are very kind and caring, promote a positive play environment for the kids, and have great communication with the parents. It's Spanish immersion and my son fully understands Spanish and has many Spanish words despite not speaking at home. This was our first experience dropping off our baby and Irene was so reassuring throughout it all. Now, he never wants to leave he has so much fun and great friends. They have great hours for working parents and provide breakfast, lunch, and snack. The only reason we're leaving sadly is that we're moving and it'll be too far. It's a nice intimate environment, and I highly recommend for your little ones.”

“I have never lived in a more beautiful place. I grew up in rural Indiana and then have been traveling around the US living all over for the last two years. I’ve lived in a lot of apartment buildings/complexes in different cities and this place is excellent. Ria and Rebecca in the office are great. Super friendly and easy to work with. Very responsive. The place is immaculate at all times. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The gardens and landscaping EVERYWHERE are just beautiful ALL THE TIME. The pool/jacuzzi/gym areas are beautiful and clean. The garbage is kept up on and picked up multiple times a week, it’s close to the apartments and there are recycling bins and compost also. Excellent location with access to everything. There is a nice grocery store less than 5 minutes away on Redwood Shores Pkwy (Nob Hill-Raley’s). Decent rent price for the area. The buildings are beautiful, the apartments are modest, newly renovated, very nice. We have a water view of the tidal slough and there are nice paths to walk on all over Redwood Shores. Also, I forgot to add this in my original post: the management communications to the community are super respectful and not condescending or degrading which is greatly appreciated. Most places I’ve lived, community-wide communications tend to be rude and condescending, threatening and I hate that. So it is a nice change here.”

“It was prom season and my daughter waited too long to order a dress online and Nordstrom and Macy's selection was disappointing. B Chic was recommended as the go-to local dress shop. They were packed, but let us in anyway to browse the dresses. They pulled several dresses they thought would look good on my daughter, their customer service is amazing! We purchased a gorgeous dress that day, there were so many choices! Then WE made a big mistake. We left with the dress to get it altered at a different location. That tuned into a horrible mistake. After a clear request to hem the dress and keep only a little of the train in the back, the tailor hemmed the dress too short. It was awful. We left the tailor with the material that was removed and went back to B Chic where they handed the dress to Jenny, their on-site seamstress. Jenny saved the dress! Somehow, she managed to reattach the train and hem it properly at the correct length. The selection of dresses 5 stars The customer service 5 stars The seamstress (miracle worker) Jenny 5 billion stars My daughter loved her dress and had a wonderful prom. We will absolutely be back for all of our formal and cocktail dress needs. Thank you so very much!!!”
