They take care of anything that comes up right away, which is what you want from a landlord, and the tenants in the area are very respectful. Their apartments are very well kept, and I consider the rent to be fair because of the way they upkeep with everything. The administrative team is also great! Cheers to Luz and Samantha who helped us make our move in experience a great one! No pets allowed which I personally don't mind.
