“This is hands down the best storage facility in the Bay Area, and I have had a lot if storage units at different places over the years. The facility first: it is secure as hell, no one is getting in my units with the gate security, the millions of cameras everywhere, the structure of my unit which is solid metal with no netting on any side, and the location of the facility itself. The layout of the place is well organized with wide hallways for easy maneuvering even with big furniture. They have lots of hand carts, easy drive-up, and the place is….drum roll please…clean! And well air-conditioned throughout. Now for the staff: they are all of these things and I swear on my children’s lives that this is the truth: courteous, helpful, patient, kind, informative, giving, attentive, and they go above and beyond to help. In every phase of this they have been great- finding the right units, signing me up, letting movers bring stuff in, treating me well when I come to visit, they offer coffee and water as I work through the day in my unit. It’s unreal. They are so wonderful. I recommend this place and these people highly!! Thank you all for your help Arco’s!”
