“Dr Zhou is super professional and compassionate! My first delivery was with another OB and it was a nightmare, I was in active contraction for 35 hrs in the El Camino hospital and 9.5cm dilation(for some reason, even the Epi didn't work on me), but finally got to emergency C section, after I was released from the hospital, I got wound infection and took long time to recover. I was so traumatized that prevented me from having another baby for over 6 years. Until I met Dr Zhou, she understood my worries and concerns easily. She read my medical history carefully and assured me that she wouldn't let me suffer both delivery pains again, and explained her plans in detail patiently. I had tears in my eyes to be really heard and being taken care of physically and emotionally. Under her direction, I got confidence back to try on VBAC even with pregnancy diabetes. During the last couple weeks of pregnancy, she evaluated me again and we both agreed on scheduled C section due to my complications. She calls me day and night to check on me when I had false contractions. She makes wise decisions on when to go to hospital and when to wait at home. She is the one to operate the surgery and partnered with another great OB Dr Xie. She is so professional with the surgery I recovered very well and so quick amazingly. I had no infections, no shaking, even not much pain after the surgery. The wound looks beautiful. I couldn't imagine the whole process can be so easy on me this time and it healed my ptsd on delivery. I can't be more grateful with Dr Zhou. She is really knowledgeable, experienced, and you can totally rely on her. Hope more moms can benefit from Dr Zhou with less stress for recovery and more joys bonding babies!”

“Our daughter has been at FSM Montessori for over one year now. When she first started, she just returned from overseas with limited skills in English. We were genuinely surprised of how quickly she adapted to the new environment, owing to Mrs. Rehmane and Ms. Carla’s extra efforts in accommodating her and assisting in her transition to the preschool life. It is beyond apparent that Mrs. Rehmane is extremely experienced and passionate about teaching young children. She has structured the instructions and routines at FSM for the kids in a formative and progressive way, enabling the kids to explore and find their own rhythm of preschool experiences. Mrs. Rehmane also has a great emphasis on communication with parents and is more than willing to go the extra mile in finding the most suitable approach with a kid. While still one year to go before Kindergarten, it is quite perceptible that our daughter is academically and emotionally well prepared for elementary school, without doubt the result of the experiences at FSM. There is no other way but to say that we whole heartedly recommend FSM as a best preschool in the area.”

“Love this park! There is a walk path to get to both the park and toddler park. I really like how the toddler park is gated so that any dogs, or balls don't affect the tiny ones. Lots of parking around the park, it is in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a water fountain that is on some times for the kids to play in. A nice big area for everyone to share to kick a ball around or play catch. They also have public restrooms and tables to picnic at. I've come to this park since I was a kid, I definitely recommend it.”

“JoAnns is the place to go for good food. I had a Mushroom Burger with fries. This small hole in the wall closes at 2pm. Then they reopen from 6pm-9pm with a Mexican menu. Parking is a little tough but be patient JoAnns will be worth it. There is inside or outside seating & wheelchair accessible. The service is good, food is excellent. There are also daily specials on a Chalk board inside. There are also fresh bakes muffins. This is a must try one time restaurant.”

“One of our most revisited Vietnamese restaurant in San Mateo - Foster City. Staff if friendly and fast. When there are so many customers and they deliver my dishes slow, they apologized for making me wait. The ones serving us are usually middle aged uncles and aunties, so we never took it personal. The food is great. Pho tastes the most authentic compared to other restaurants in the area. Bun bo Hue lacks flavors, but the Grilled shrimps and pork chops over vermicelli is to die for. My favorite dish! Their Vietnamese coffee is also very authentic and popular. Every time we’re there, I could see one cup of coffee on most of the tables.”
