“Huge shout out to Phil's Tire Pros for going above and beyond. Last month I was scheduled for open heart surgery and we realized that we needed a car we rarely use for incoming family. Said car needed a new rear tire- we ordered replacements, got them to Phil's and then forgot about it until the last minute. When I went in the original estimate on time was going to be five days they were so backed up, but when I explained the circumstances to them they promised to get them done by the end of the next day (Friday). I head off to the hardware store and New Leaf, and before I can even get headed back home I get a call from Phil's- literally 20 minutes after I had dropped the wheels off: They were ready!! Unbelievable service, and truly saved us a bunch of heartache. We've been using Phil's for more than 12 years- and you can bet we will continue to use them going forward!!”
