  All the staff at the Franciscan are always very helpful. The get together ie. pool party are great. The apartments are quiet and so are the amenities. I love the pool and spa and the new exercise equipment is great.

  Great experience moving in, apartment was perfect. Staff is very welcoming and attentive. Maintenance keeps the grounds beautiful and clean. Not a single complaint!

  I've been living in this apartment for several years. So far, new management is pretty awesome. They respond to your concerns/needs within a day or two. Other times, I just visit them and they are usually there and very friendly. They often give us a heads- ups about changes to the apartment complex at least a month or so.
  
  Although they increased our rent, they are invested in improving the facilities, including upgrading patio furniture in the swimming pool area, improving the landscape/gardening area, upgrading the gym, and plans to install washer and dryer in every apartment unit. Overall, for the price of this place and the new improvements, it's been worth it. They are also very dog friendly and they even have a jar full of dog treats so I visit them often with my puppy.
  
  I feel quite safe in this apartment complex and neighborhood and everyone here is friendly.

  I moved into the Franciscan in March 2018 with my wife and 2 dogs. Our apartment is newly refurbished to a high standard with all new appliances. I really like the open plan nature of the complex with good landscaping and green space, some of the other complexes locally had nowhere near the same levels of space. We have also found the management and maintenance teams to be very high class and extremely helpful through the process. The pool and spa are lovely and well sized considering the number of apartments. There has been constructing ongoing but this is all part of the improvements being made, without that would have been 5 stars!
