  I've been very happy to call La Valencia my home for 9 years now, and would not be leaving if I did not have to move out of the area. The location is great and the price is very reasonable for the Bay Area. All that being said, if the staff were not so friendly, responsive and professional that would count for nothing: Sabrina, George, Amber, Coleena, and Herlinda, thanks for taking care of things so quickly and efficiently, and I hope to be as lucky with apartment management in my next place!

  The apartment setting is right across from John D. Morgan Park off Budd and San Thomas Expressway. Office is beautiful inside, and pool and great landscape.

  Amber, Sabrina, and Rachelle are your management girls and they are AMAZING. Never before have I rented from an apartment complex and felt like they actually cared about the resident. This team goes above and beyond to not only make you feel at home, but ensure they reply in a timely manner. Service requests, info requests, anything is done with ease and promptly carried out. Other complexes I have been in would ignore service requests as long as possible. Parking is a little tough, but it is worth it for such an amazing complex and team.

  I can highly recommend La Valencia apartment homes. They have spacious units with a great layout and ours was recently refurbished with new carpets & kitchen appliances. Other plus points are the air conditioning, balcony/terrace & fireplace which was used more than I’d anticipated for California!
  I particularly like the green open spaces around the property which are really well maintained. There always seem to be flowers in bloom no matter what time of year!
  The fitness center is small but perfectly adequate for this size community. It’s never too busy and can be accessed early in the morning through to late at night to fit with most schedules. The pool area is spacious and well kept with plenty of sun loungers. I’ve found it to be a great place to hang out. The hot tub is huge & a real plus during those cooler months.
  So many little extras at La Valencia too - WiFi, valet trash service, social events and complimentary water & hot drinks in the office.
  It would be impossible to leave a review without mentioning the staff... Sabrina, the community manager & Amber her deputy are super friendly, responsive & efficient. It’s nice to always be welcomed into the office with a smiling face & welcoming attitude. George & Sebastian also do a stellar job on the maintenance front. If you are thinking about renting here... stop thinking & do it!

  I like this apartments complex. It is quiet and the floor plans are excellent. It has all the comfort we (me and my kids) need, and even more because having an AC is blessing for us, and it can be very helpful during summer time. It is amazing about the place that we can keep cats here. Dogs are allowed too. What I really like about La Valencia that they have a very fast helping service if something is broken. The stuff at the office is very nice and friendly. A few more extras you can enjoy here which is included are: gym, swimming pool, and coffee and tea at the office. Thanks for that La Valencia!
