  I made a mistake of renting one of my extra rooms out with a tenant with a dog.
  I did not charge for a pet fee nor a cleaning fee.
  I only charged for a deposit.
  
  When she moved out, there was an excess fur leftover even after she had vacuumed the room.
  So I rented the rug doctor.
  
  After a day of letting it dry, I noticed that the wet dog smell got worse. So I decided to google professional carpet cleaners and I came across Go Green.
  
  It was 9pm at night and I was surprised that someone had picked up. Their customer service is really a 24/7 service! They immediately patched me to the professional cleaner for an advise and he told me that wetting it with the rug doctor indeed made the wet dog smell worse.
  
  So we scheduled seamlessly and for $160 he cleaned my 10x12 room and even did my bathroom and my other room as a bonus!
  
  So far the wet dog smell is gone. I am happy!

  Really great experience overall. I called to schedule outside of regular hours and I got a call back very promptly. They were very attentive and recommended the best package for the concerns I had (including kids and dogs) and gave me a reasonable price and then went through and searched for applicable discounts (mSenior) to make it even more reasonable. I didn't feel like they tried to upsell unnecessarily at all and even said when they felt like a certain treatment I asked about wouldn't be necessary.
  
  The technician was prompt and very polite and respectful. The service was phenomenal! Stains that I've been spot treating desperately for weeks are gone and the whole thing smells fresh and new (even the dog smell is gone). The service itself was so fast I couldn't believe it and the whole thing was dry within a very reasonable amount of time.
  
  Definitely a great experience and I would recommend and plan to use again.
