  Loop trail is short. Otherwise excellent: close by, not overcrowded, adjacent to a winery/picnic-area and etc.
  Picchetti Pond only fills after heavy rains and drains quickly. A special treat :)
  Abundant deer, views of the Quarry and Reservoir. Winery has peacock(s).
  Clean restrooms with flush toilets.
  
  Occasionally wild turkeys.

  Gorgeous landscape. Really nice views of the reservoir. The quarry is a huge scar on this brilliant landscape but otherwise amazing

  A great quiet place to do some nature walking and end with good wine. The trails aren't too long (the Zinfandel trail is the longest at about 4 miles round-trip).

  A great hiking destination. The trails are relatively flat with some sloping up and down. The Zinfandel Trail is mostly flat and the best trail to hike in my opinion since it is also the longest. Towards the beginning of the trail if you start at the winery there are a few short trails that branch off and the Vista Trail brings you to the too of a small hill with some amazing views of the surrounding scenery.

  A hidden gem in the valley . Good rustic environment . Excellent picnic areas. Good wine . 4 stars and not 5 as a bit pricey.
