I have taken several 1 -1 sessions with Seema.
The personal sessions were very helpful for body pain. She customized the classes, was very passionate about helping through Yoga, and always followed up after the sessions.
Seema has been a great private 1-1 instructor. She is very patient and always tries to customize the classes for addressing my needs. After each class she always follows up to see how I feel.
I have thoroughly enjoyed Seema's yoga classes, she is very patient and attentive teacher. Her commitment and passion for yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and wellness and zest for spreading it to others is remarkable and inspiring. Knowing her for long time and witnessing her personal transformation and that of her students is amazing. I highly recommend her studio for yoga practice.
Excited to have found Seema and her studio. Really enjoy the 1:1 instruction and her ability to accommodate and focus on what I need. I am now joining her classes with others and very challenged and excited by the opportunity. Seema is very knowledgeable in yoga and fitness; she has a wonderful approach to training with her students. Highly recommend the studio.
I have been going to Seema's studio for roughly 5-6 weeks and taking the posture correction class (focuses on shoulders and back) every week and have noticed a HUGE difference! I work a desk job so my shoulders and upper back used to be very tight and I would get random pains throughout the day. Since taking this class I've had no shoulder/back pains and I've noticed a significant improvement in my range of motion in and out of the class! I love Seema as an instructor because she explains the purpose of each pose/movement and even when I don't think I can fully lean into a pose, she gently eases me further into the stretch. I always end up surprised how far I can actually push my body! I would highly recommend for everyone, not just desk job workers!
