Gilroy Sports Park

It's the gem of Gilroy parks and soon to include a SJ Sharks practice arena that will be open to the public I believe. That will be built in the field on the right hand side of the entrance driveway. My only issue is why a "sports park" doesn't include tennis, volleyball, pickle ball and/or handball courts??? It's literally just grass where 3 of the 4 corners are for baseball and then they paint in soccer fields in the middle. Nothing fancy but Gilroy makes sure not to waste a penny to keep the grass greener then green.

let me tell you about the time i went to gilroy sports park. man oh man, some sights to behold! they have so many things to do here. they even had legendary sports player, Babe Ruth playin ball with the kids.

note: babe ruth is occasionally very mean and grumpy, he beat my kid in a game 41-2. not cool, babe

Gilroy Sports Park nestled on the South side of Gilroy is a park with several fields put together, all ranging from baseball, soccer and playgrounds. Plenty of space for you and your dog, to jog around or sit n watch your kids play, this park is very active with teams practicing and running drills, even as the sun goes down the practice doesn’t always stop :) Very well lit and lots of places to sit, this is one of the nicer parks Ive seen.

Great Ball Park. Open space for easy warm ups, while other teams are playing. It has a playground within walking distance. Snack shack right there, and has beautiful walking paths that go along the outer rim of the baseball park and beautiful views.
