“I have been going to Dr. Chiotellis for over 7 1/2 years. Each time I have visited, I have been greeted warmly and tended to with great care! The office staff is very professional and helps you feel at ease at every appointment. The visit I had with Dr. Chiotellis was exceptional! The night before, I had a dental emergency and was going to be heading out of town for 1-2 weeks and needed his help. I contacted him on his day off, early on a Friday morning, to see if he would be available to help me with my dental emergency. Not only did he accommodate my schedule for the day, he waited 90 minutes after my appointment since I was having car trouble and I couldn't make it on time! He took care of my dental emergency quickly and did with kindness and professionalism. I will never forget the sacrifice he and the office staff made for me on that day! “My wife became a resident for 1 1/2 years. She had been in three other centers two that were great and thanks to the one that was not led me to seek a better place. I heard that San Jose Med center had new rehabilitation center when I went to inquire and listing to our story the head of the center called me back and said you need to get your wife to Learning Services in Gilroy they are strictly engineered to work and help brain injury clients or they like to say residents. Every single staff member from the director to the maintenance staff are the greatest. So many involved in helping residents. Their main therapists of course physical, occupational and speech are the best anyone could find. Beyond that they have what is called living therapy where all attendees help teach residents to help themselves as much as it is possible per residents. I have talked to many people about our experience there and always state if you have a loved one with a brain injury Learning Services is the only place for them. Some said they couldn’t thank me enough and said they would be looking into getting someone there that was not family but dear friends.
