This is a great point to start a variety of hikes from easy to fairly difficult. Only downside is how close it is to freeway so you get a lot of noise in this part of the trail. Once you go further in you can reach a few different trail options to take you away. Some ride bikes on the gravel part of trail on freeway side of the creek. The other side of the creek is for people & leashed pets only, has more tree cover, and is more like a forest trail. But either side of the creek will take you to other trails. -
