  I know Sudeep from 4 years when he helped me buy my first home. As a first time home buyer and not sure about the whole process, but Sudeep explained all the process and each stage patiently answered our questions. He always responded to my emails or phone calls promptly. Sudeep is very knowledgeable; he knows the industry inside and out. He is very direct, honest and someone you can trust. Sudeep is wonderful in protecting your interest and has great negotiation skills. In last 4 years we become very good friends too and I always seek Sudeep's advice first in property or lending matters. I would definitely recommend him to other people.

  I have talked to numerous professionals in real estate, but have yet to find someone as amazing as Sudeep.
  
  I was in a pinch and was looking for help with my move to California. Sudeep did following things:
  
  1. Asked me the right questions to help me arrive at what I really needed vs what I thought I needed.
  
  2. Immediately found me executive accommodations to facilitate my temporary housing.
  
  3. Created a deep profile for me based on my job, spouse and family information and delivered a hand curated list of homes meeting my need.
  
  4. Because of his engineering and data background provided me a LOT of useful data about areas and properties beyond what's available in popular apps.
  
  5. Clearly explained the buy process and that his services don't end as soon as closing is complete. He provided useful remodeling and update tips to help increase property value.
  
  Most of all he made the process of house hunting fun and low stress. The move was stressful enough that I appreciated finding someone like him who didn't add more stress to the mix.
  
  I truly feel he provides a concierge, high end type of service, which would be great to see in other RE professionals

  Real estate market is filled with confusion, muddled thinking and remorse. It is a pleasure to work with people who have a clear vision and are able to communicate it clearly to their clients. Sudeep helps you avoid all the confusion by bringing a clear and concise view and guides you by helping you make good and effective decisions.
  
  He has steered me well, even at the expense of his own commission. I would strongly recommend anyone to seek Sudeep's help in buying or selling a property because of his clear-eyed view of the market as well as his dedication to do what is in the best interest of the client.
  
  In addition, he values his own time as well as the clients and thus tries to steer every conversation in a productive direction. Given the busy life we lead, such a focus on having productive meetings is a joy.

  “Awesome experience. Home buying was made exciting and enjoyable with the expertise and smart decisions and discussions that Sudeep brought with him along with an extremely strong empathy and personal touch.
  
  Sudeep is a master of all in home buying, helped me in finding the right home based on our needs and the right price and did a flawless execution to get the house. Key was to offer the right price and still manage to get everything in place to get the home. He has deep knowledge of the process, goes a long way to make everything in your favor, does all the evaluations and options at each step and comes with very clear decision making options for us. Never felt any stress or concern during the entire home buying process and no unknowns to deal with during or later after the purchase. All credit to Sudeep for his meticulous and diligent detail oriented flawless work.
  
  Very highly recommended and cannot say enough of how fantastic you will feel working with Sudeep in your home buying experience.
