(January 18, 2017, 3:12 pm)Due to a neck injury and a stressful life style I have had frequent and severe headaches for many years. The pain controlled much of my life causing me to miss work and not be able to enjoy other activities. Medication did not control the pain and the side effects made things more difficult. That has all changed with regular visits to Dr. Young. Along with adjustments Dr. Young has shown me exercises, techniques, and life style changes that prevent me from having to plan my life around pain. I appreciate her wide knowledge base and the kind and caring way she treats her patients. Dr. Jessie Young has been a blessing.

Dr. Binder relieved all the nervousness I had and helped relieve my neck pain and headaches with her gentle adjustments. She is very kind, professional and knowledgable at what she does. Not only did I have a great experience and learn more about my own body and chiropractic, I also left feeling great.

(December 29, 2015, 6:09 pm)Dr. Binder strikes a really impressive balance between a knowledgeable sports medicine doctor, an experienced chiropractor and a coach who will tell you like it is. She's not only professional & efficient but you can tell she genuinely cares about you, your recovery, individual needs and are as excited in your success. She is encouraging, holds you accountable and gets results. While I have always worked out regularly and felt I was pretty fit, I always had poor flexibility and mobility. Dr. Binder, with her background in yoga and rehab created a home care program for my which really helped improve those things.
