  We needed a storage space last minute and with flexibility on the lease. When I called, the woman I spoke to was very helpful and got me what I needed quickly. She told me that the Manager at the Los Gatos facility would be calling me. Within five minutes, Michael gave me a call to introduce himself and check in with me. I showed up to the facility an hour later - Michael was extremely helpful and walked me around to show me the space. He was very thorough with all the information he gave me and I appreciated that we could sign a month to month lease instead of being locked in to a long contract. Michael made the process easy and fast, thank you!

  Comfortable and confident with the safety and security of their facilities. I would highly recommended using this location. Also affordable and clean!

  I am the site manager for this site… I’ve been with extra space storage for 16 years, I’ve ran six sites up and down the California coast, one thing I can tell you is that I run very safe and clean facilities, I am very loyal and dedicated to not only my facility but to my customers as well… The well-being of their property is the upper most importance in my mind seven days a week!!!   This facility is kept in a professional and clean condition. Mike who runs it is doing an amazing job. The move in sign up and move out we’re so simple and hassle free making my life a lot easier. Highly recommend for a care free experience.

  One of the newest and cleanest storage facility in the South Bay. Moreover, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Mike, who is the manager, will do his best to meet any special need you might have. Highly recommend them!
