(October 1, 2018, 3:05 pm)I work at a high-tech company. For our corporate team outings, we're always looking for a fun and unique activity, so we decided to try CraftBox. We are a team of seven ladies and live across the Bay Area, so we decided to meet at a central restaurant. The CraftBox team totally accommodated us with our time, location, and craft selection (down to different color choices). I called ahead of time to make reservations at the restaurant and to ensure they would OK with us crafting for a couple of hours after eating. CraftBox was super organized and brought all of our crafts, tools, materials, samples, and instructions to the restaurant and even brought one extra craft choice in case one of us changed our minds. They stayed with us for some time to provide some tips for each craft; the instructions and sample finished crafts were very helpful to reference. For the less crafty among us, concentration is required for certain steps (e.g. crafts with knotting steps). Focusing on creating our craft took our minds off the daily grind, so it was relaxing for us to be away from the office. After the event, CraftBox followed up to see if anyone had further questions and to ensure everyone enjoyed what they chose.
CraftBox was perfect for our corporate team outing. Their customer service is EXCELLENT - professional, clear, responsive, friendly, organized, and accommodating. We were all very motivated to perfect our crafts! CraftBox is a great choice for groups looking for a fun and unique activity to do together. -

(August 26, 2018, 8:17 pm)This place is fun for all ages. My 11YO and 16YO daughters enjoy it. It brings out creativity out of you. The owner is super sweet and helpful.
