(December 15, 2017, 1:05 pm)Allstate kept me up-to-date throughout the claim process. I was glad I received my deductible back even though the other insurance agency ultimately decided against reimbursement. Otherwise, I would have had to continue the process in a small claims court. Also, not only were agents available for communication, but the Allstate website itself is very helpful and easy to navigate.
