I took my car in at Envision Toyota of Milpitas for break service due to the squeaking sounds every time I stepped on the break. After picking up my car, I listened to the squeaking sound while breaking, but I hadn't heard the sound again. Today my husband took the car in for a long drive, but he didn't hear the squeaking sounds anymore. I am pleased with the overall service from Envision Toyota of Milpitas. I am satisfied with the service given by the service consultant Purval and the technician who was able to fix the issue with my car. I will give them 5 stars. Just wish they wash my car. Lol.

I went in at 8am to look for a sales person to help me find a new vehicle. Jake was the only salesman there at that time ready to go and a good head on his shoulders. Good to know there are still Dealers and employees who are hard working and there to help us consumers when we need help. I will be going to Envision Toyota in the future.
