  NTB Roanoke was very helpful and time efficient even with it being extremely busy. They were able to get me in and out with no issues. Highly recommend

  I received amazing service this evening despite coming in 10 minutes before they closed. I left work to find a near flat tire that I was able to fill enough to make it to this NTB location. The gentleman working let me know that they were about to close, but he’d take a look and we could discuss how to proceed. We found a nail and he didn’t hesitate to take it back for a quick patch. I was also pleasantly surprised when there was no charge. This kind business made my day!

  These guys are perfect at what they do...I have internal black ants in the kitchen and every where in the house...They came the same day, did some spraying the outside and inside...they next day, no ant in the house...and we love it...Thanks so much Aaron.

  Excellent service. They are willing to spend time explaining every aspect of the job. Very clear and professional presentation of what they will do and what they have done. Apparently it's a big company that has been around for a while, but my impression was a family-owned business that tries to connect with the customer on the personal level. Refreshing !

  I have always and continue to have great service. The service tech always rings the front door bell to confirm that he is here on my property. Asks for any concerns or immediate problems and then he treats our home .

  Francisco is very professional & courteous. He keeps me informed of his arrival time, always checks with me for issues before starting, and reminds me with that I can always request a call back if something arises between appointments. Clark has been amazing to work with,.Always able to accommodate short service windows to fit my schedule.
