  I met Mollie a few months ago after seeing her around town. When I first saw her, I was immediately awe-struck by her posture, presence and alignment. After meeting her, I realized why. The body work she does is apparently incredibly effective! I can't wait to see what Functional Patterns does for my body.
  
  Mollie has a wealth of knowledge on all things health. She has spent a lot of time educating herself for her family and she brings this knowledge so generously to her clients. I was really in need of more energy and improved digestion so I decided to try some of the supplementation she offers. The C+ Salts and Liquid Magnesium immediately brought my energy back - both mentally and physically. And my digestion has significantly improved. We also really like the Electrolyte and the Magnesium salts - they both really bring out the flavor in our food and we use them in our Adrenal Tonic. This supplementation has definitely been a game changer for me and my family.
  
  When Mollie told me about her skin care line, I immediately lit up. Looking at her beautiful skin made me think that whatever she's using is really working. My Mom has battled with serious, dark melasma for several decades. She has tried everything on the market, including laser and prescription treatments, that ultimately exacerbated the condition. After just a week of using the Balance, Clarifying and Sun Harmonizer Oil blends in the morning and evening, along with the Daily Detox and Refresh Oil Cleanser, my Mom saw very visible improvement. It is clear that the oils are already breaking up and lightening the melasma, which is just incredible. I'm so happy for my Mom and to say she is encouraged is an understatement. It's also good to know that the ingredients are pure, fresh and there are no fillers added. Only a few choice, targeted ingredients in each beautiful bottle.

  I’ve tried several offerings from Conscious Kitchen Labs including the clarity, balance and refresh oils and the Ancient Lakes liquid magnesium and c salt adrenal support capsules.
  
  The Ancient Lakes magnesium seems to be the highest quality on the market, and I’ve noticed a very hydrating effect. I find I don’t need to drink as much water because water itself is more hydrating with the magnesium and salts added. I have been supplementing with vitamin c for years and once I found the c salts mineral support supplements through CK Labs I immediately switched over to buying from Mollie because the quality is unmatched and the ingredient list minimal, yet potent - unlike many c supplements I’ve tried which include long lists of vegetables which they draw their vitamin c from.
  
  The oils Mollie offers smell AMAZING and leave the skin feeling soft and hydrated not oily or clogged.

Mollie is a skilled health coach and has years of experience narrowing down the best products on the market for herself and clients. She has helped me greatly on my health journey.   It has been a long journey for skincare, and I think I have found what I need to feed my skin with these products. The butter is my absolute favorite for my body, but I use the three oils (Refresh, Clarity, and Balance) for my face depending on what I think my skin needs. I use the sun harmonizer as sunscreen and feel very good about it, especially in the ocean, because most sunscreens on the market are terrible for aquatic wildlife. My mom has benefitted even more from these products because she has had a tough time with her skin with cysts etc. I have been using these products for three incredible months, and I have seen more color come back to my skin, and it looks so clear. I find it is essential to maintain a healthy diet to harmonize the products.

  In the last 5-8 years of my life I’ve become more and more skeptical about what ingredients go into the products I use daily. From possible skin irritants to the thought of unknown chemicals leaching into my body and potentially wreaking havoc just never sat right with me. Gratefully Mollie introduced me to her up and coming business. I’ve been using the Sun Harmonizer! Anytime I’m out in the sun, it’s coming with me. The consistency is smooth and light which doesn’t leave me feeling oily, the smell carries warm tones, I have a sun kissed glow after every use. The best part is, I trust that the ingredients are wholesome.
  
  I look forward to trying more of Conscious Kitchen Labs quality products!
