I love Dr. Webb- honestly the most thorough eye doctor I have had. She takes her time with me and explains everything.

Amazing optometry facility. Great staff , Dr Webb does a really good job explaining all the fine details. They also do a great job keeping the entire place sanitized and follow covid protocols. I would definitely recommend this place.

[waiting for exchange]I had exams and ordered colored contact lenses *last year* and it was fine, so this year I came to the same optometrist she asked me if I’m ordering the same style colored contacts. I said yes, so she prescribed. Since both my husband and I had no problems last year here ordering 3+ pairs of glasses and such so I did not check the receipt. after several weeks later when I pick up the order I found this year’s order were not colored contacts they are clear. I’m very disappointed. [update] the optometrist called and explained about the prescription, so it was because the other staff failing to double check. The clinic offered an exchange of the contact lenses, saying they’ll double check with customers about colored/clear cons in the future. Though it’ll take me about an hour round trip to pick up the order, I’m still happy that they can help to solve the problem. Other than this incident the service was great.

Edit: Got my appointment confirmed and visited the clinic today. They clearly explained the reason for rescheduling my appointment. Dr. Webb and optician Hanh Le were great. Great job in covid precautions and sanitization too.
