  The Alcorn team were so incredibly helpful through the entire E-3 visa process. Each step of the way the team guided and supported me and were continually going above and beyond to get my petition across the line. I could not have done this autonomously or without the help of the Alcorn team. The Alcorn team worked extremely hard and made an effort to turn what was a big dream of mine into a reality. With all their dedication and efforts my E-3 visa got approved. A special mention to Gilberto Orozco for being so thorough and positive throughout the whole process.   Alcorn Immigration Law handled both my EAD card application with advance parole, as well as my marriage based green card application. I would highly recommend them. They are professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They guide you through the interview process and help with all the preparation. Very good experience with Anita Koumriqian in particular.

  Very good experience with the Alcorn Immigration Law team. I was applying for a NIW green card program and they definitely help me a lot, formatting the documents, preparing the petition, etc... Without them, in this particular challenging time, sure that the result would have been different, btw I have been approved. So I recommend this law firm, they work great for you. Honestly I cannot make any feedback about the cost as I did not check the prices elsewhere but it seems to me that they are not earning on clients' back. For example, when I came with already some draft documents prepared, they offered me a discount !! I am pretty sure that not all law firm is doing it !!

  I am a UK citizen currently, at the time of writing this reference, working for a European company as Managing Director of the US subsidiary. I have been working in this position holding a visa which is explicitly tied to this company.
  
  This year I agreed to take on a new role at a different company and the company engaged Alcorn Immigration Law to take on my case and petition for the new visa that I would need to stay in the US and to take on this new role. On many levels this new role would be life changing, and as an expatriate the idea of changing roles and visas is a little unnerving given what is at stake.
  
  The team at Alcorn Immigration Law were exceptional. First in terms of the breadth and clarity of advice given to me by Sophie while exploring the most suitable visa types and then during application preparation process. The visa type that I had to apply for has a complex set of criteria that need to be met and proven to ensure a successful application, inasmuch the visa status is difficult to achieve. The team were exceptionally diligent, professional, supportive, and timely as they worked with me to draft a multifaceted and lengthy petition for a nonimmigrant worker status. The team clearly care for their clients and are extremely committed. It was a huge relief and a monumental moment for me when my case was recently approved. I cannot imagine that the petition would have been successful without the support and continued hard work of the Alcorn Immigration Law team.
