Kite Lot

  I used to come here and watch those world champions for kite flying and not just an ordinary kite but they're riding in a kite buggy that flies with them about 6 to 7 feet. It's a very exciting sight. Well, the guy got married and his wife won't let him do it anymore and the other got old and it's too dangerous for him to do it so he stopped. During summer time, it's a place I'd like to go to because of the breeze. It's always windy even there's no wind inland. It's a big area for flying kites but if there's a concert, they use the area as a parking lot.

  Flat, grass, wind. What else do you need for outdoor fun and kite flying?

  I always go here for kite flying. It's a beautiful open space perfect for flying regular or stunt kites.
  
  Make sure you check wind speed online before coming here. And don't forget to bring your jacket during windy weather.

  This is basically a giant empty patch of grass, but it does a good job at being a giant empty patch of grass.
  
  Watch out for ground squirrel holes, they're very common and easy to step in.

  Visited there with friends on kite festival and it's really amazing experience. Yet if you have dragon kites I still suggest going to beach... Good place for Indian light weight paper kites... You can have your own meal there.. good outing place.
