Great staff! Came in and tried on a bunch of stuff and Jose was so helpful, informative, patient and fun! Amazing. Ended up being too indecisive to buy anything, but came back a few weeks later to make a purchase. Not sure the name of the second person who assisted me, but equally helpful and personable!! Great experience, and so far I'm happy with the shoes as well!

I was shopping for shoes when a very nice man by the name of Pedro helped size me and found the perfect shoes that fit me. These were the best shoes I have ever worn and I feel great in them. Pedro was super friendly and made me want to buy more stuff. I will be returning because of Pedro

Very welcoming environment. If you don’t see what you are looking for on display, ask one of the employees if they have back stock. They have a couple of limited addition shoes that were not on display. Will definitely visit again soon:)

Brand new Allbirds store opened in July 2021 - their mirrors are shaped like feet & clouds, plus has unique wooden seats. The store had a modern feel with eco friendly vibes! I received a gift but not in the style I wanted. No problem, the friendly staff found the email address of the person who mailed me the gift and made the exchange instantly. The smoothness of the exchange without a receipt was a great surprise.
