Debbie is a very special person and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to be guided and educated by her. I was preparing (and hoping) for pregnancy when I worked with her, and through her thorough evaluation and gentle suggestions, I now realize just how many changes to my lifestyle I made! I was given so many helpful and curated tools, all without judgement or pressure, but with enthusiasm and warmth. I feel I really lucked out to work with someone with such passion and wisdom. She also gave me great book suggestions that have helped guide my solid food journey with my baby! I had never worked with a nutritionist or done anything like this before and I'm so glad I did. Prana Nutrition is a wonderful new way to approach eating. My main concern was losing weight and I've lost 10 pounds since I started in April.
