  Well, I didn't commit to moving forward with their services (yet), but I had a GREAT experience and left feeling way better about the situation. Let me explain...
  
  I scraped a parked car the other day and took the brunt of the damage. I called Akins and spoke to Maya asking to be forwarded to the Almaden shop for an estimate. She was very kind and professional and had me set up with Dan for an estimate the very next morning. Saw Dan today and he took a look at the damage. I'll cut it short by saying he was completely honest and straight forward with me and gave me ALL my options. At the end of the inspection and initial estimate ( which was actually cheaper than I expected) he took some rubbing compound and cleaned up the scrape marks. It looks wayyy better now. I really, REALLY appreciate that. I now have to decide whether or not I want to move forward being that it's an old truck and I'm coming out of pocket, but Akins is and will be the ONLY establishment I trust at this point. It feels good to know the business I'm going to use if and when I proceed is going to do right by me. Now I have to weigh out my options, but if you're thinking about this place, don't think, just go. You'll know you made the right choice after the first meeting. Thanks again, Dan!

  Akins did a super repair job on my Subaru. The vehicle was returned to me sparkling clean. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars was because after I delivered my car to them at 0900 Monday morning, and was told it would be ready Wednesday or Thursday, it was not until Thursday evening that they sent me the initial report of repair needed asking for my approval to repair. This delay was not what I had been lead to believe. The car was available to pick up the following Tuesday. I would use them again because they do beautiful work, but don’t expect to get your vehicle back quickly.

  Super nice job replacing the driver mirror and fender on my Honda Ridgeline. Not only that but the truck looks stunning! The rims look spectacular. Your team put in a lot of extra work detailing the interior and exterior. Even dressing the wheels and to make this vehicle look sharp.
  The efforts from the Akins Collision Center team is immensely appreciated.
