Top notch, first class work, the best!
I was initially hesitant to step foot into this place since it's not your typical business location (it's in a house), but went anyway because my dentist sent me to Dentures Plus to get my dentures properly fitted, aligned, and designed. Let me be the first to say that I know that I AM A DIFFICULT/PICKY PATIENT -- which is probably why my dentist sent me directly to the lab in the first place. I am picky, but with reason. I am a 20 year old with a full set of dentures (Yes, you read that right...bad genes I guess), so obviously, I want to make sure my smile doesn't look like a stamped on smile. It should look natural.
Enough with the side note; i went to Dentures Plus and was greeted by Abby. She sat me down and calmed my nerves by giving me ALL the details that I need to know and expect from having an immediate set of dentures. She took note of all of my requests and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my denture before she sent it out for the final product. After 1 week, I had my perfect set of dentures. Both my parents have full sets of dentures and told me to expect sub-par quality, pain and agony. None of those applied to my situation. Was it the denture quality or did I just get really lucky? I'd like to say it's the denture quality, but who knows. Anyway, go to Dentures Plus. You won't be disappointed. Ask for Abby! She's got excellent customer service skills, very knowledgeable and easy on the eyes. :)

1ST OF ALL, I HAD CALLED MANY DENTISTS FOR DENTURES. WITH MY
INSURANCE, THE AVERAGE QUOTE I GOT
WAS $1,200.- WITH INSURANCE!! I WAS
IN AWE, AS WELL AS DEPRESSED. I HAD GONE TO A DENTIST IN MILPITAS A FEW YEARS AGO. I WAS CHARGED TOP DOLLAR & RECEIVED A LOW GRADE SET OF DENTURES. IT ENDED UP COSTING ME $2,500.
AFTER WEARING THESE DINGY, NON-
FITTING 'JOKE TEETH', I REALIZED, SINCE MY INSURANCE ADDED A DENTAL
PLAN. WELL, APPARENTLY, MY INSURANCE WAS ALSO PRETTY LOW GRADE. I PULLED UP A NAME ON MY TABLET. DENTURES PLUS
I CALLED & SPOKE TO A VERY SWEET,
KIND YOUNG LADY NAMED ABBIE. SHE
COULD NOT HAVE BEEN KINDER, NOR
HAVE GIVEN ME BETTER NEWS.
DENTURES PLUS DOES NOT TAKE INSURANCE. DUE TO THE FACT IT ALLOWS THEM TO GIVE A FLAT RATE OF
$300.00 PER PLATE. AND FORE GO ALL
OF THAT PAPER WORK & WAIT UPON ONES INSURANCE APPROVAL. WHICH IN ITSELF, IS A PAIN FOR PATIENT AND DOCTOR.
MY HAND TO GOD, THEY HAVE BEEN HEAVEN SENT. I NOW HAVE A BEAUTIFUL
SET OF TEETH & CAN ONCE MORE SMILE
WITH CONFIDENCE. AND, THROUGH THE
PROCESS, THEY (THE STAFF-ABBIE AND
DR.PHIL, HER FATHER)BEGAN TO FEEL MORE LIKE FAMILY. THE FEELING IN THEIR OFFICE, WAS NOT THAT RIDGET
TYPICAL FEELING ONE KNOWS OF ' THE
DENTISTS OFFICE'. THAT CLINICAL, COLD, AURA. WHICH ALSO INCLUDES
WONDERING HOW MUCH THE TOTAL
BILL WOULD END UP BEING.(AS FOR MYSELF-I ALWAYS EXPECT OTHER CHARGES TO BE INCLUDED-AS THERE
ALWAYS HAS BEEN.
BUT AT DENTURES PLUS, THEY TELL YOU UP FRONT;HOW MUCH, HOW LONG, & YOU CAN COUNT ON WHAT THEY SAY AS BIBLE.
I WAS DEFINITELY BLESSED TO HAVE
BEEN DIRECTED TO THESE WONDERFUL
PEOPLE WHOM HAVE TREATED ME AS
FAMILY & I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS. DO YOURSELF A
LARGE FAVOR (& YOUR WALLET AS WELL)-GO TO DENTURES PLUS ON HAVANA AND KING.
YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT IN ANYWAY.

Philip's the man! Went to my dentist and she sent us directly to Dentures Plus because she couldn't get the my mom's denture to fit properly. I was really upset, but Phil was able to explain what needed to be done and why it wasn't fitting properly. After the brief explanation, he fixed my mom's denture and we were in and out in 15 mins.
