Dra. Imelda Nagtalon and her staff never fails to amaze us every time we visit their clinic and after their quality service procedures .
Even in the midst of this ongoing COVID 19 pandemic - they accommodated us , made certain that we are safe and excellently implemented all their safety mitigation procedures and precautions - way beyond and much proactive than other major hospitals and clinics here in Bay area.
They even have foot wash at the front door, before you enter ( to sanitize street shoes ) , safe disinfectant fumigation/spray before entering the clinic , brand new air circulation filtering machine , both at the reception and inside the clinic . All equipment's , tools and dental chair are all sanitized and disinfected before they perform the procedures and of course, Dra, Nagtalon and her assistant are wearing and equipped with ample PPE- " truly an excellent way of showing how they care for customer safety in addition to Dra Nagtalon constant quality excellent service to us.
