  I had such an amazing experience in here today! I am absolutely clueless about cars but the team was such a great help for me! Michael not only checked out my car for me, he helped me find the right oil, AND while he was adding oil - he took the time to teach me how to add it in myself. 10/10 recommend!

  Staff are always so nice. As a "woman" shopper that does not know much about automobiles, they never make me feel that way. Always courteous and helpful. Multiple times the gentlemen have went over and beyond and helped me by installing this or that beyond the "normal courtesy" installs .

  Discovered the real source of my pain that countless previous doctor's had missed. Gave me a shot that reduced my pain about 80% which made me functional again. He then prescribed physical therapy which is really helping and I am confident will allow me to strengthen the muscles (long atrophied) that I need to avoid further future injury.

  Dr. Lo's office is efficiently run, friendly, knowledgeable, & informative. Dr. Lo never kept me waiting, seeing me at my appointment time, every time I saw him. After viewing my MRI, he wasted no time in advising treatment but also allowed me to voice my own preferences. I trusted him to proceed with his suggestion and am now much better. I would recommend Dr. Lo to manage anyone's pain treatment.

  Dr. Lo has been treating me for three years now. He is one of the hardest working people I know. Dr. Lo is easy to talk to, straight forward, and does his best to accommodate my needs - even on short notice. In surgery, he calms me down, is efficient, & fast. He has dogs at the office - which is awesome: they are great for petting and stress release.
