Very good experience working with United Medical in the last two days. I wish I found out about the company before I bought a new echo machine. From the owner down to the staff and especially the technician Chris Gonzales, they are knowledgeable, honest, helpful and delivered what they promised. I recommend them highly.

Incredible customer service. I bought an ultrasound machine from UMI four years ago and needed a quick repair for my transducer. The whole team not only remembered me from my initial purchase, but seriously bent over backwards to get my probe fixed and back to me in Minnesota in LESS THAN 48 HOURS so it would be ready for my patients. I can't express enough my gratitude for making what could have been a costly and time consuming repair an easy worry free task. Thank you UMI!!
