I had a good interaction with the store manager Diana Lpoez. She was very pleasant and patient with my questions. the units aren’t as clean as you would like them to be but a good size fit with loading docs to quickly move in and out.

The employees are wonderful. Very nice and very good when it comes down to info that is needed. I would recommend Extra Space Storage 1265 Oakland rd. San jose. To my friends if they ever need a storage unit.

I made this reservation late in the day and not realizing what time they closed called she asked if they would please wait for me to arrive I was on my way I wasn't aware of their hours and she was very gracious sure no problem and sure enough when I arrived right before closing time she took the time to clearly and very pleasantly explain everything to me she didn't rush me she was very friendly very helpful and I would go to this location again and again in the future for these types of services if I needed it
