Trailer Tel Rv Park

APRIL 2022 EDIT: Back to 5 stars! The terrible manager was fired and the entire park is delighted!! So many people were leaving, or planning to leave, to get away from him. Now we are all practically dancing in the street! The newly promoted manager should have been in the position all along. He cares about the tenants, keeps the park in good order, has professional communication skills and he's never raised his voice or sworn at the tenants (the bar was very low with the old manager). Us tenants keep walking around saying how happy we are!

The park is very nice and the neighbors too but the newest manager is really NOT nice! No management experience and it shows. Very confrontational when it’s definitely not needed; yelling and swearing at all the tenants. Lots of open spaces now. Used to have a waitlist.

We have experienced a very warm welcome from the manager and the maintenance guys. They really care about the residents.
The facility it kept in excellent condition.

Our new neighbors are very friendly, and they have jumped in to help us. We are new RV / tiny home residents here, we can say if your looking for a clean, safe, friendly and caring RV community this park is a two thumbs up..

Been here for about 8yrs. Although outside the park hasany homeless (it's getting better) inside the park is a totally different world. Clean safe quiet. management is one of the best I have every experience

My father lived here for over 10 years. He loved everything about it. I was his caretaker for the last 3 years of his life as he had terminal cancer. The rules on parking and yard upkeep were very stricked but I am not complaining. As those stricked rules are what keeps the place so nice. The management did change a couple of times but the level of outstanding work from those people never faltered. They are good people with excellent work ethics and the management should be recognized for their outstanding contributions. I highly recommend this RV park to anyone who can manage to be patient on the RV waiting list especally if you plan to stay for an extended period of time. All of the Amenities make it a very convenient place to live and the community is so friendly it's great. They even have 2 car washing stalls as well as access to yard tools and lawn mowers hedge trimmers and edgers. The laundry Matt even had clothes lines for your clothes that you don't want in dryer to air dry!! I can't even think of any way this place could be improved. I will miss going there to visit and care for my father as he made some very nice friends who were so helpful and showed genuine concern for a sick old man. They will be missed.

This was a great RV Park, but if your looking to get in quick no way - they usually have a long waiting list to get in as long as you don’t have to be out of the park at night your okay. Lots of homeless outside the park itself. They don’t have showers to use outside of your own RV, and one bathroom that is only for the pool area is locked up after hours. If you are looking for a clean place to stay and other great amenities it’s a nice place and price I feel is fair for the area. Not too far from stores or restaurants.
