wonderful staff & Dentist! Very clean and modern.. I just moved to San Jose and I’m so glad I picked this dentist office! My tooth was killing me. The Dr did xrays and I got my dental work done the same day! Would highly recommend! Thank you Dr.
As a new client of Prince Dental Care, I was impressed with their new client tour, x-rays direct to a computer, Katie the dental hygienist, state of the art equipment and Dr Prince's chair side manner. Everyone was very professional, but with a relaxed demeanor. Every step along the new client process was explained thoroughly. Dr Prince was impressed with the age of my old fillings, but did not try to sell me on getting crowns... unlike my previous dentist.
So my husband and I live in San Diego!! We fly here to San Jose to have our dental work on the recommendation of the hygienist Katie Hastie. The whole office gets along great. Dr. Prince is the best dentist we have ever had. He is courteous to his patients As well as his staff. There equipment is state of the art, and so are they.
For a very senior client, Dr. Prince is the best one can find. He is very professional, knowledgeable and most of all caring. Dentist were never high in my book of Doctors. He is the greatest for me.
Being my first time at the dentist in about 8 years I was extremely nervous. The whole process made me nervous of calling and setting up the appointment.
Allison who is at the front desk was extremely friendly over the phone and in person. She made the whole process of getting her my insurance and filling out the correct paper work less stressful.
Once in she gave me a tour of the office and it made me feel a lot more comfortable. (I remember as a kid going to the dentist office everything was in and out and I would try looking around and behind me to see who as coming around doing what).
They told me step by step what was going to happen and it did. They answered any question I had.
My whole experience here was a pleasant one. I can not wait to come back.
