The food was great, everyone was super friendly, the portions were huge and the prices are reasonable, what more could you want? We had a combo plate (ribs and brisket) and nachos, neither of us could finish our lunch. The ribs were cooked perfectly, we will definitely come back. It was pretty busy on a Friday for lunch but we didn’t have to wait long at all. The restaurant seemed very clean and they have plenty of parking.

Had the brisket nachos for appetizer and we all enjoyed them! Came back the next day before we headed home to have some more.
I had the catfish dinner with Collard Greens, Mac N Cheese and cornbread. It was delicious. Everything is ordered through
QR Code on phone and bought to your table. My only issue would be condiments weren't included with my catfish meal. I thought it might come with tartar sauce but I went back on the menu and there was a charge for that. Only BBQ Sauce and Ketchup were on the table. I still give it 5 stars. Treat yourself to a dessert to go on the way out!

Wow. Such a cool concept. Sit down and order from your phone from the menu at each table. The fried chicken was amazing. Crispy, moist and not greasy. The brisket loaded nachos were also very good. Best potato salad I've had at a restaurant. Brisket was good except for a couple dry pieces. The staff was so friendly and helpful. True hospitality. A favorite for sure.

A good option if you are craving soul food. The staff is friendly, and the place is super clean and with a lot of natural light. Be aware they are suffering (like many others) from a lack of staff, so the wait could be longer than expected.

For lunch, I ordered:

- Chicken and Waffles
- Mac and cheese
- Coleslaw

Food arrives at the right temperature, with flavor and the texture you appreciate every bite. And PLEASE, do yourself a favor and order its banana pudding... chef's kiss.

Absolutely Delicious!!! Been wanting to try Jackie's Place for some time now and since I work so close I'm only mad that I didn't come sooner. Ordered the BBQ Brisket sandwich with Mac n Cheese and Coleslaw 20/10. A perfect combo together and I couldn't even finish it all. Portions are great size these pictures do not do justice of how bomb it tastes. My new fave BBQ/Soul food spot!
